  1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

  • Final sale items are eligible for returns if they meet the return criteria.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Intimates, undergarments, or any hygiene-sensitive items

  • Step 2: Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.

  1. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part.

  1. Exchanges
    We offer exchanges for size, color, or style, subject to availability. Follow the same process as returns and mention the desired replacement in your email.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the item has already been processed for shipping.
